This store is for Chick-fil-A operators only and not open to the public. We will verify that orders have been placed by Chick-fil-A operators before shipping. If you are not a Chick-fil-A operator, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

STORE ORDER FORM

  • What is the store order form?
    We've included the store order form to make it easier to quickly add several items to the cart. Instead of going through to each individual product and adding the sizes you need, this can be done with greater ease on our store order form page.

  • Do I have to use the store order form?
    You do not have to use the store order form. Items can also be added to the cart from the individual product pages. If you need to see detailed images of the products, please visit the individual product pages.

SHIPPING

  • When will my order ship?
    Production time will vary between orders. We produce these products on-demand and require around 10 business days for production. That time will vary depending on the size and content of the order.

  • How will my order be shipped?
    Orders will be shipped using UPS Ground.

  • Where is my tracking number?
    Your tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your package is on the UPS truck. If you haven't received a tracking number and it has been more than 14 days, please give us a call at (205) 440-1684 or email orders@ironbowlcfa.com.

FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • How can I exchange a shirt?
    If you'd like to exchange a garment, please contact us at (205) 440-1684 or orders@ironbowlcfa.com within 7 days of your delivery. We'll issue you a return label at no cost, and get your new shirt out to you as quickly as possible.

  • Can I return my order?
    We're happy to accept your return and refund your payment if we're contacted within 7 days of your delivery. Your product must be returned in new and unworn condition. Contact us at (205) 440-1684 or orders@ironbowlcfa.com for a return shipping label. Once we've received your return we will issue a refund. Please keep in mind that banks can often take a few days to put your money back in your account.

  • What do I need to include in my return package?
    In addition to the item you are returning, please include your original packing slip or email receipt and note on it if you would like a refund, or the size you are exchanging for.
